These terms govern your use of the ANT Recruitment website at antrecruitment.net and any recruitment services provided by ANT Recruitment Ltd ("ANT", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use this site or apply for any role through us. By using the site you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the site

The site provides information about ANT's services, current vacancies, and ways to register your interest as a candidate or employer. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • Breach any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Transmit harmful, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the site, including via automated scraping beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.

3. Candidate applications

When you submit an application or register as a candidate, you represent that the information (including your CV) is accurate and complete. We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that any application will be reviewed, shortlisted, or responded to by an employer. Job listings are provided for information only; we do not warrant that any listing remains open at the time of application.

4. Employer engagements

Terms of business for engaging ANT's recruitment services (fee structures, rebate periods, data handling obligations) are set out in a separate Terms of Business agreement provided to employer clients before any candidate is introduced. Website enquiries do not constitute acceptance of any such agreement.

5. Data protection

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full detail on how we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, and the ANT Recruitment brand, is owned by or licensed to ANT. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party sites (for example, LinkedIn, Companies House, or Manatal's career page hosting). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, ANT will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, for any reason — including breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
